We have a strong team of litigators who are at any time involved in a number of different processes, including on boards and committees, before the ordinary courts (District Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court) and before arbitral tribunals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The department is headed by attorney Anders Pind (admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway), who is one of the country\u2019s leading litigators and has extensive litigation experience. Attorney Pind established and built up the litigation department at the law firm Advokatfirmaet Thommessen, and regularly litigates cases before both the ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals.
