Most were partners at other large law firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have seen that there is a market for more sector-oriented law firms and our goal has been to gather together a wide-ranging team of lawyers with specialist expertise in fields of law required in the property sector. The result is a firm that is a complete provider of legal services within property, building and construction, transactions, restructuring and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The property and shipping\/offshore sectors have overlapping legal challenges in many areas and several of our most important clients have business activities within both of these areas.
